What else do you drive or ride?

There's a great article on the new 2025 Landcruiser in the latest issue of Hagerty Drivers Club magazine. Ya I didnt read it.

 

My wife's been having trouble with her ride....it keeps backfiring:

 

I bought a 1993 Black 5.0 GT off showroom floor. Only vehicle I owned pass 100k miles. Traded @ 115k for a 1998 Explorer Sport. Both were excellent vehicles.

 

I had a 5.0 also, really liked that car. I added nitrous, redid motor and put a roll cage in. It was quite the terror on the road.

 

OK looks like a $15 dollar part cross your fingers. Just going to switch to my SLP Hood.

I miss my 98 MKIV Supra . I remember when you could buy a clean example, TT with the V160, for $25k-35k. Those days are long gone and now ones like yours fetch $150k plus.

 

I have been MIA from the forums for a little while. We have been cheating on the 4Runner with some new ZX-4RR bikes. These small displacement inline fours are amazing! They are a blast to ride and won’t get you throw in jail like a Zx-6r or Zx-10rr would.

 

Sick! I just entered the hiatus phase…

just sold my 2020 KTM 790 Adventure so I could buy the 4Runner

I bought a 1976 RD400 new….$1224 out-the-door…..waaaay fun, nothing like that 2 stroke ‘Snap’!
But it was about the worst possible thing you can do to your driving record. You CANNOT ride one slow or keep the front wheel in the pavement……the judge strongly suggested to me to sell it.

 

This is my favorite motorcycle of all times. 14 years old, no electronic aids and the amount of twist on your right wrist is directly proportionate to your testicular fortitude.

 

True that! They were widow makers . No brakes, no grip and that rpm behaved like a screeming banshee.

 

I had a Z900, 123hp and only ABS, fantastic around town and long ride manners but god damn it hauled ass. I wish I never got rid of it. By now it would be long paid off and still in my garage.

 

Had a 2001 Honda CBR929RR & then 2002 CBR954RR that 1 was like riding on rails!! If the HD ever sells or I just take the hit trading it in going to Honda CBR10000RR!!!

 

The CBR1000rr has the creamiest engine of all 1000cc Japs. I briefly had a 2005 fire blade in Repsol colors. The smoothest bike ever.

 

I loved the way the z900 looked when it first came out.
This does not even have ABS. Just my upgraded Brembo mono blocks and my guardian angel. It gets skittish just looking at a little water on the road.
