Herd Of T4Rs - Chicago Area

If you’re looking for a 2023 or 2024 4Runner SR5 or TRD-OR, Team Toyota in Schererville IN has been buying them up and have eight or nine in stock. I bought mine there, and the used car manager is buying all he can get because he can’t keep them in stock lately. Just a heads up - I’m not affiliated with the dealership or owners, it’s just my local dealer.

 

I'm pretty sure I got one of the last ORP's off the boat here in the NE. Hopefully I'll have it within a week. Most dealers in the NE are cleaned out and there are no more coming at this point. As a side note, a few dozen (maybe as many as 100) 2023/24 rentals just hit the market in the NE. They are Off Road trim (not premium, just regular Off Road, no sunroofs). They all seem to have between 10-20k miles. I think they sold at auction because lots of dealers in the NE have several of them. Mostly NY and PA dealers as as I can tell. Seem to generally be priced high 30's to mid 40's. It appears it will be another 4 months before the 6th gens start arriving.

 

The locals are telling me they’re getting the 2025s here next month. We’ll see if that comes through.
