Pin down the windshield gasket with masking tape and give it a try.

I had an an annoying buzz/rattle in the cab that sounded somewhat similar…I ended up reading somewhere on this forum that the plastic cap that sits on top of the 4WD shift lever…has these small plastic tabs that often break and rattle around inside the hollow knob. I thought what the hell…popped mine off and sure as shit…had three of em rattling around. Had some clear silicone, filled the void space and threw the cap back on….no more buzzing/rattling noise. Hope that ends up being your culprit!

I have this EXACT SAME sound. It's getting louder, and much more annoying. Please, if anyone finds any answers, I would love to know.

No mods. Just a 2018 TRD Off Road. It started about 3-4 months ago, and it's only gotten louder. Same situations. Starts about 45-50 mph. Sometimes I can drive it and not hear it. Other days, it's really loud. When it began, I thought the sound was coming more from the left side near my air vent, but it now sounds like it's behind the steering column. It is the exact same sound from the video above on this thread.

    I feel your frustration
Mine has been going on for a lot longer . I replaced all the clips in the wheel well and used some goop to secure the fender Liner to the body but that s not it . I just took my dash apart over the weekend and set a go pro I there to looks for anything unusual but no luck . Mine sorta stops while the road is wet (not the rain drops masking the sound) does yours does the same ?

It's been so long since it's rained here, I can't answer that question. lol I will be paying more attention to road conditions/temps going forward and see if I can find anything that seems to tie them together. Let me know if you figure out the cause!

    Any luck with yours ?
I tried everything at this point
I have no clue what could be . Some days are worse than others and the fact that's not constant, makes it very hard to troubleshoot.
I can reproduce it when driving around 50 mph and while slightly turning the steering wheel on the right

So here's my thoughts, if it's fully insured, make it look like an electrical fire, stop driving between 50 and 55 or trade it for a new Tundra TRD Pro. Those noises can drive you crazy, good luck with whatever you decide. I have bail money if the fire thing doesn't work out.

For me, I've noticed 3 noises on my 2024:
    1) Slight engine noise when idle... probably normal, but I notice it when the radio is off. To me truck is almost silent except for this "engine subtle rattling noise"... It's hard to describe, but I notice it. Hasn't gotten worse... Only 1600 miles on the dash
    2) Squeaky/air brake noise when pressing the brakes... I googled and this sounds normal. Drives me a little crazy, but hoping I'll get used to it eventually.
    3) Whistling from passenger-side mirror... I need to let my wife drive and I need to press on the mirror while on the highway to try and figure it out... It's possible it was from when I swapped out LED.

I have to say that as soon as it began to cool off here (I live in Minnesota) the noise mostly diminished. I just got new tires on yesterday, and I've heard NOTHING. I don't have an answer, but I hope I never hear it again. Ha!

    Best of luck!

Or get an axle dump exhaust with high-flow muffler. You won't be able to hear anything else...

Doubt it’s this (terrible throw away suggestions), but check the exhaust - on my Tacoma I had a rattle when accelerating from a metal band on the exhaust that rusted through/ broke free

also, check the drive shaft for any play

feel like where you think you hear the noises from are often the opposite of where they actually are
