Hello all, are you guys running extended travel struts or standard travel struts on your lifted 4Runners? Can you put standard travel with 2.5”-3” coil lifts together? Thanks!

Any Bilstein product is "extended travel" just not marketed like it. You could put a "standard travel" shock from another manufacturer on a 2.5-3" lift however you will have little to no down travel and will lead to a harsh ride. If you want to learn more check out Tinkers Adventure on youtube who did a deep dive on "extended travel" shocks

I dont think that you will recover any of the droop eliminated by a 3" lift = 0 that would require the struts stroke to reach into the extended travel category.
