Here are a list of vendors I would buy from again. The vendor name is a link to their website.

This is not a list of products that I would buy again, as I have gotten many good products from Amazon and other various vendors. This list is about vendors that may or may not sell their own products, but provide exceptional service.

I would ask that you not post your reasons why you wouldn't use a vendor again. If you feel the need to do that, please create a new post of vendors you would not use again. Who knows, I may even start that thread.

I will be adding to this list, as I encounter new vendors that provide exceptional service.

Mudify - Great customer service. I purchased and Old Man Emu BP-51 lift kit in December. You can read my entire experience and why I would use them again at this link. Their access to service was very good, and they were there to assist me with the installation of my lift kit every step of the way.

ARK Splash Guards - Very good customer support. I was having trouble installing one of the splash guards on my 4R with KDSS. I received a quick response with a picture of how it was to be mounted.

McGeorge Toyota - Parts Online - OEM parts at a good price. Easy site to find the parts you are looking for. Their web site remembers your vehicle, so you can find parts quickly.

Etrailer - Their prices are good, returns are easy and customer service is exceptional.

Aiden James Customs - SUSPENDED DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF COMPLAINTS
I ordered the backup camera relocation kit for my 5th Gen 4Runner. The instructions were very good. I ran into a slight issue and contacted the company via email. I received a prompt response from Scott, and he advised I check a specific connection. That was the issue.

I will add vendors to this original post as I engage more and have something positive to say.

    Very cool !!!!
I definitely prefer Word of Mouth referrals for businesses.
In fact, the company I chose to put in my replacement back glass "Glass America" came from a thread on this site and the poster mentioned the company name and talked favorably about the service and the price.
My experience with them was awesome.
And, speaking of Word of Mouth.l...
The next door app is really awesome for finding out about good businesses in your area.
Just make a post asking your neighbors who's got the best pizza, or who likes their dentist, or just about anything and people are happy to share their experiences.
Businesses who do right by their customers should be promoted, and supported.

https://lfdoffroad.com/ - I installed their 3/4 steel rack on my Runner. Excellent quality, a fair price, and decent shipping times.

https://www.talonsgarage.com/ - I installed their cat shields on my Tundra and couldn't be happier. Good prices, easy installation, and lots of protection. I'm going to order their front skid too. Order ==> delivery was four days.

https://rsgmetalworks.com/ - Had their sliders on my Runner. Just a fantastic product with tons of protection. Bonus points for being a local shop to me.

Hi-Lift, should only need 1 in my lifetime, snagging some Hi-Lift accessories to go with recovery kit. Always ship promptly.

Frontrunner, rig came with rack. Have purchased additional attachments- all fit as should with no installation hassles.

NOCO- dual battery charger, 5 amp. Works as should.

Kong coolers. 55qt. I've finally arrived- graduated from styrofoam to Coleman to Kong.

Thanks to all for the ideas and the time it takes to post up pics.

Edit: forgot to add Factor 55. Flatlink and Load Distribution Plate, American Made. We ought not cheap out when it comes to recovery gear.

I would absolutely buy from Quadratec again. Now I know you are all thinking "Quadratec is a primarily a Jeep vendor". That is true, but here is why I will buy products from them again.

My son bought my Jeep Wrangler from me, as he was preparing to move to Colorado to work for Compassion International. Once he got there, he would be leaving on a mission trip to Guatemala. Two weeks prior to his departure we ordered a new bumper and winch for the Jeep. The bumper and winch arrived about five days later. Six days prior to his departure we began to install the bumper. After installing the bumper, one of the fog lights could not be put back in, because the bracket for the fog light had been welded off by 1/4".

I immediately contacted Quadratec and explained how my son needed his Jeep to get to Colorado for a mission trip, that was departing in 6 days, and that we needed to depart for Colorado in three days. They were so good. All they asked is that we send a photo of the issue. I sent the photo immediately. They called me back within 5 minutes and let me know that they would be overnighting a new bumper.

The next day UPS showed up. The driver that day just happened to be a friend of mine. I explained what was happening, and he said that Quadratec probably paid hundreds of dollars to overnight the bumper.

We were able to install the bumper that day and my son made it Colorado and left for his mission trip without issue.

Needless to say, I left a glowing review for Quadratec on the Jeep forum, of which Quadratec monitors. Quadratec emailed me and thanked me for the kind review and they were pleased to hear my son made it to Colorado on time.

So as you can imagine, when I need an item that Quadratec carries, I order from them. Their effort to ensure my son made the deadline epitomizes customer service.

Gobi Racks, I had an issue with the gas struts that I bought with my roof rack and Paul immediately sent a new pair to replace them. Excellent service!

It is a shame that complaints have been occurring. My experience was great. It is too bad, it has not stayed that way.
