Hey folks, I'm searching for exterior side window molle panels that mount directly to the roof rack's factory bolt holes where a roof rack would normally mount too. I can only find ones that mount to a rack, not the truck itself. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

I’ve never seen a product that uses the factory roof bolts only. It’s probably best to use those bolts as intended, on roof racks that will allow all bolts to share loads together. It also helps constrain the loads to being up/down on the bolts when a roof rack ties all 4 corners together.

Individual bolts holding molly panels would probably result in those bolts having to take side loads, which might lead to leaks, or the deforming the roof.

That makes a lot of sense. Thanks Spaz.
