No crank No start. All acc turn on when key is turned. Changed starter and ignition switch. It only happens when car is hot. After waiting for car to cool, it turns on. No check engine lights. Any help would be appreciated.

have you checked your battery voltage and function?

same thing happened to my 2000 V6,

horn would honk, lights worked...but not even a click when turning the key

tried a battery pack booster, same thing nothing happened

had a bad battery cell in my 3+ year old toyota battery...toyota replaced it and gave me a pro rata warranty

Thanks so much! I'm going to check my battery tomorrow to see if it improves.

So, did the same thing happen to your 2000 in terms of it having no crank no start and then waiting for it to cool to start up again?

If you don't have a battery tester have someone try to crank while you are reading the voltage.

Have someone crank while you are reading volts. See if it drops.

Just because resting voltage is good doesn't guarantee it has enough amps.

I would just take it to an auto store and get it really load tested.

no, I didn't test the battery when it had failed...

I figured it was the starter, or the relay...but toyota said it was just the battery and thats all they replaced

    no problems since then

I see. Please excuse my ignorance. So since I don't have a tester. I should connect the multimeter and have someone crank it?

    how old is your battery?

I would try a different battery, that you know starts a car...
    or buy a new one

Yes and see how low the voltage drops. If it drops I'd just replace it or at least get the auto store to load test it.
