Besides disconnecting the battery - how can I drain all residual power from my 2010 SR5 to give the BCM a chance to reboot and possibly cure my electrical anomalies?
(Driver’s window lost communication with BCM)

If removing battery does not help, maybe a bidirectional scanner can reset the function.

Have you tried this? Never tried it myself, let us know if it helps.

I removed battery for 24 hours and connected positive and negative leads for 5 minutes - it did not drain all residual power and did not reset the BCM

Remove battery cables from battery and touch them together. (Is this what you mean by connected them for 5 min)?

If it is resetting the BCM isn't the issue.

Not sure if it would make a difference, but the vid says turn on the headlights to help dissipate any power that's left.

Resetting the BCM isn't a magical fix all the time. If it doesn't work then you need more than a reset.
