I reside in one of the most densely populated counties in the USA so this is more likely to occur here. I live in Brooklyn, NY . I'm a tradesman and I use a 2003 4Runner to go from job to job...I came out 4 weeks ago on a Monday morning (after not using the 4Runner for 48 hours). The rear window was open and $1000 worth of tools were gone (I think it was a crime of opportunity upon a lowlife finding that rear window open. I always check the rear window when walking away and it was closed). I replaced all my tools and have been trying to park it within visibility from my home windows. I looked at the 4Runner about 1am last night, it was fine and I went to sleep. I awoke about 7 am and looked out the window THE REAR WINDOW WAS OPEN....I ran out of the house panic stricken...everything I replaced was MIRACULOUSLY still there... I think someone else's transmitter is unintentionally opening my rear window.... Any easy way to change the frequency that opens that rear window? Any suggestions would be appreciated...Thanks in advance...
