Nope. Not possible.

Could add a wireless CarPlay/AA dongle so your phone always connects automatically without plugging in.

not the radio itself. you have to add them to carplay/AA then they should appear on the screen. Apple will add it automatically if you download an app on your phone with a carplay app available. Not sure about AA.
