I doubt it-- in Ottumwa, IA? Could have ended up there I guess. I'll ask for Carfax. It's got that Experian Auto Checkmark thing.

Even though this has 198k miles, which is VERY HIGH for a 2018, I bet they're all highway. Also, I looked through the CarFax (and yes, I take it with a grain of salt) but it's one owner, no accidents and lots of service history. It looks like the guy was pretty meticulous with his maintenance schedule.

Not to say that things can't or won't break. You can take excellent care of something and then BAM, a random part breaks for no reason. There are no guarantee's in life or with 4Runners. But $20k seems like a really nice deal. If you can, ask for more pictures or go see it in person and get a better look at it. The used car market is going into the crapper right now. I bet if you played hard ball you could get another $1 - 3k off that price.

I know this isn't a 'Rust Belt' car, but still, check the frame. Check it very carefully.

 

Great advice. I'm going to look at this but checking in on that silver one too. It isn't local though. 20k price is nice and yeah I combed through the CARFAX. Looks good for solid owner. Most likely was commuted in on HWY

 

Picking this one up Friday. Put a deposit down. 2018 TRD OR with 93k miles. Paid $31k

 

$31-- putting 5k ish down.
