Over $3k for a lo-pro? jeez lol That's more than my rear bumper

I guess it really depends on how much money you want to spend and do you actually need those add on parts? Here's my $0.02

High Clearance Add-Ons: Good shops can do the viper cut for fraction of the cost. Never really understood the "wing add on's" but maybe that's because I have an OG Trail
Washer Skid: Not sure how many people have actually break theirs but there are several relocation options
LED Light Bar: Bajas are great, I run them but I tend to look for used ones just to save a few bucks
Wire Harness: If you plan on getting more lights, you are better off investing in a auxiliary switch system such as Auxbeam, switch pros, Garmin, SPOD, etc
Winch: Unless you plan on recovering some really heavy vehicles, the 10-S should be more than enough
License Plate Mount: I assume your state requires a front plate. I am in CA and I have never had an issue on my rig
Fairleads: the EVO comes with one...
Shackles: Those are some very expensive...you can probably get some decent soft shackles and keep them in your recovery kit

thank you so much for your advice. blksubykid. I'm very new in off road accessories.
I'm in LA do you know any nice shop can do this installation. I will consider a warn S10 winch. I have a Garmin switch power installed.(so I don't need the harness).
I'm looking in offer up and Facebook marketplace the Baja design light, but it's not big difference of the price.
    I'll look other stackles
Also I was looking other option It's aluminum It sounds very nice It'll be 32 lbs less
    Victory 4x4

but in general the c4 design is one more nice styles.

Best advice I can give is to work on the truck yourself as much as you can. You'll know where/how things were install and help you in trouble shooting issues, especially out on a trail. Second best advice is to go out and determine the things you NEED vs things you WANT. For example, if you always go out with a group I would bet one of them already has a winch, so do you really need one yourself? Unless you plan to wheel solo (if you're new I would advise against it until you gain more experience) I honestly use my traction boards more than my winch. A relative stock 4runner with some decent tires and an e-locker can get you pretty far...

Shops I've personally been to and recommend are:
    RPM Garage
    Sibi Built
