New 2024 4Runner TRD ORP

Just purchased a new 2024 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium in Underground Gray here in North Carolina. This 4Runner has the XP Predator package with the wheels / tire upgrades.

XP Predator package with:

• Nitto Ridge Grappler Tires 265/70/R17 115T
• TRD PRO Grille
• Black exhaust tip
• Black emblem overlays
• XP Badging
• 17" TRD Matte Black Wheels
• Predator Pro Step Bar

Not my first Toyota rodeo. I own a 2002 Toyota Sequoia, 2010 Lexus ES 350, 2011 RAV4, and I had another Lexus ES 300 before that. The Sequoia has 271,000 miles, so I'm expecting at least 300,000 from this 4Runner.

Many thanks to all the members who posted their mods and information on this site. It was very helpful in helping me select which options I wanted on the 4Runner.

Congrats. Good choice on the color. If you religiously change the fluids, you will get way more than 300k miles. And protect your frame from rust

I’ve noticed that new Toyota’s are coming in with Ridge Grapplers instead of Terra Grapplers.
How do you like yours so far ?
Black exhaust ? Is that the black TRD tip ? You need black valve stem caps . Dump the green .
Anyway it looks great and I love the same color .

 

So far, I like the Nitto Ridge Grapplers better than I thought I would. Yes, it's what came with the vehicle new. They are reasonably quiet and the ride is smooth. I've only been off-road in the sand so far, can't speak for anything off-road. They did far better in the sand than the Michelin's I had on the Sequoia. So yes, so far it's a "would recommend".
Thanks for the tip on the valve stem caps, agreed black would look better.
The black exhaust tip is the same black chrome tip listed here: https://www.toyota.com/4runner/accessories/exterior/. I don't know if that's the TRD pro tip or not.

 

Yep that’s the TRD Tip. I’d like to see how it looks mounted. If you get a chance can you take a couple of pics ? Maybe straight on and from the side ? The pic Toyota shows is one from a Pro which exists from the side and not out the back .
