I have this weird gargling sound coming from the engine bay. I looked under the truck to see if there was a leak and saw the steering cv boot was wet but not cracked or any holes in it. I am thinking it could be the radiator but not quite sure. Any thoughts or anyone else experiencing the same issue?

The infamous guggling sound usually is a blown head gasket. Sorry.

Check your antifreeze level, antifreeze overflow tank and check your oil. If all are good and you are not overheating or bellowing white or blue smoke I would say let it idle in your driveway until it starts making the sound again.

I replaced the head gasket a few years ago. Are there other symptoms that would indicate that it is definitely a head gasket?

I will check that. If it idles and I hear the noise, what do you think it could be?

Is it coming out of the coolant overflow container? Just be careful checking

No, it is not overflowing from the overflow container.

Oil level is good. Radiator coolant seems topped off and no leaks….I am stumped. I did see these boots leaking. Any input on the gargling sound or the pictures would be helpful. I don’t know if they’re connected or two separate things.

Perform the dye test in the radiator. Purchase the dye from the auto parts store. The dye detects exhaust gases in the coolant.

It is not unusual for the AC system to make some gargling noises which is normal. Does the noise come and go with the AC?

Those are your tie rod end boots. Nothing there to "gargle".

Air in your coolant? This can happen when you service the cooling system and do not get all of the air out.

Thanks for chiming in. Turned out it was a bad Idle pulley on the belt making a racket. $40 for a new one and 45 mins later, she is quiet again..
