Have had a humming/vibration in the steering wheel and I can hear it when I hit 60 and it continues up through around 73. I have replaced the left hub bearing, both axle joints, and had tires/wheels rebalanced and rotated and it's still there. If I am going completely straight or left it's smooth as can be; it's only when I and going right at all.

    anything that falls off...
Its sounds to me like the only other component that could be a culprit that has not been replaced is the inner or outer tire rod ends. I would think its highly unlikely but you've already replaced the most likely issues like the wheel bearing, tire rotation.

grab your tire at 9 o'clock and 3 O'clock Position and rock the wheel back and forth and see if you can detect any movement in those Tie rods.

tie rods are fine. The weird thing is when I get the tires rotated/re-balanced, it gets slightly better but it continually gets worse over time...which would make me think tire or wheel...but I have had them rotated several times and even cross rotated and it's still always when I'm turning right at highways speeds and I can feel it in the steering wheel.

Have already replaced the left front hub bearing, the whole unit. That’s the side the vibration is coming from.

Possibly a bad replacement??? I would jack up that side and see if there is any play in that hub and spin the tire and listen.
