Does anyone know how to wire fang lights in with Morimoto XB LED headlights? Specifically wondering which wire to splice the turn signal control wire into.
Also, a rep from 4RunnerLifestyle told me to tap the power into the power wire for the headlights, but the video I found wires them directly into the fuse box.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Update: drl wire didn’t work.

    From 4Runner lifestyle:

Connect the Fang Lights to the Morimoto DRLs

Splice Connections: You will need to splice the wires from the Fang Lights into the DRL wiring of the Morimoto headlights.
Positive Wire: Connect the positive wire of the Fang Lights to the positive DRL wire of the Morimoto headlights.
Negative Wire: Connect the negative wire of the Fang Lights to the negative DRL wire of the Morimoto headlights.

Use Connectors: Use T-taps, butt connectors, or solder and heat shrink to make secure, weather-resistant connections. Ensure all connections are tight and well-insulated to prevent shorts.

    Oooh look, another mod.....
The guy who makes an install video for fang lights (and shares it on YouTube & 4Runners) will be a hero to many.

Until some fang lights do what fang lights sometimes do.

Problem is, none of the wires in the Morimoto DRL harness are labeled AFAIK.

Yeah, I saw this one. Problem with this one is the Morimoto doesn't have a turn signal bulb. So I still don't know which wire to splice the fangs into.

They told me to splice into drl but that didn’t work. I was skeptical that it would, since that’s a constant line too. I’m thinking that it would work if you connect the non sequential lighting connectors and splice into that.

I’m thinking if you connect the plugs to disable the sequential light sequence and tap into that line it may work. I don’t want to lose the sequential tho.

So did I just wate my money on the Morimoto XB LED Gen 2? Wanted to have it go with the AJ fangs white/sequential. Would it work better witht the stock headlights with different bulbs?
