NEW 4Runner LCA and LBJ witness marks not aligned CPICs

Hello fellas,

Was looking thru some pics I took under my 2024 before it got dirty...

Take a look at these pics, notice the witness marks on the lower control arm and the lower ball joint are not aligned

Passenger side is all aligned,

these pics were taken with about 50 miles on it...

You think I should return to dealer and ask them?
Does it matter?
Fix it myself?

 

I think the Pro trims are one inch higher in the front than all other trims due to the fox suspension, which I believe is port installed. Maybe the witness marks are from the factory, and the port did an alignment after the front suspension lift?

Does it seem well aligned?

 

But the passenger side witness marks line up,
if it was done purpose, for proper alignment, I think the passenger side would be off by the same amount

Haven't driven it much, but it tracks straight down the road and doesn't really wonder over the road...

slight shake in the steering wheel at highway speeds...I attributed that to Nitto Grapplers tread pattern

 

I didn't realize the pro shocks were port installed. Interesting.

The witness mark on that bolt seems to indicate the bolt is actually tighter if anything. So that's not a problem.
For the alignment I'd just go off of how it drives and keep an eye on tire wear.

It's likely not problem.

 

It's not clear whether the 4R is aligned at the factory, or if they just get it as close as they think it needs to be. I tend to agree with @McSpazatron that something got changed when the Fox suspension was installed. I'd have the dealership check out the alignment.

I have to go back to dealer to get all the dealer installed options I paid for installed...

will ask them to look at this too

 

Don’t quote me on the shocks, but I think they are port installed because they do some plastic trimming on the bumper at port, to accommodate the slight offset difference of the pro wheels.
