From my extensive scouring of this community, I would say the Michelin Defender seems to be the most beloved by folks here running street biased all-weather tires.

    Hope that helps,
    TimG.

The OEM Duelers that came on my 2019 were excellent road/street tires, in my experience. They were quite grippy, did well in the rain, and OK in snow (not an aggressive tread at all). I ran them down almost to the treadwear indicators, and replaced them at 92k miles. The Continental A/T tires I replaced them with are holding up well too.

I must have gotten the rare good batch of stock Dunlops. Mine made 72k before they got to the wear bars.

I second the Michellins. I've never heard any bad things about them, and my dad had a set on his pickup and raved about them.

If not sold on those, take a look at tire rack on YouTube, they do pretty good review videos of different categories of truck and SUV tires.

Thank you all for the recommendations.
I currently run the Firestone Destination LE3 and they due for replacement. I guess I will check out the Michelin and the OEM Duelers as well.
PS: okay, which Michelin Defenders? Just looked and they have various different models.

I have the Michelin Defender LTX M+S on my Tacoma. Great tire, especially in the rain. I would likely buy them again as long as Michelin doesn't change them too much by the time I need to purchase again.

I like my LTX M/S set, only thing I’d do different is buy the identical but discounted $20 (as of tire purchasing) X LT A/S from Costco or other warehouse club and get those installed.

These already seemingly punch above their weight off road but if I want more, I’d go BFG Trail-Terrain or Yokohama Geolandar G015(?) before a full-blown AT.
