2014 4runner Limited window chrome strip warping

We bought a used 2014 Runner Limited from the dealership and it's got this long chrome trim piece thats right under the window of the passenger front door which is warped. It will not stay clipped in. Keeps popping up. The other 3 trims like it going around the car are fine. this may have been a previous owner who got a shirt or something stuck on it and pulled it up permanently warping it.

Does anyone know what part this is OR what it's called so I can replace it?
I cannot find any diagram of a 2014 front passenger door exterior parts. It's either called the window sill or moulding or exterior weather strip/trim but I cannot nail it down because there's no data on it.

Hoping someone could help me out.

Put a dab of Gorilla Glue on it. Tape it down overnight while the glue dries. That should fix it for ya'.

 

We just moved back to Colorado from Springtown TX. That might work out there but that glue will fail in Colorado come next winter/thaw. I'm more interested in replacing it.

Oh nice thank you Borracho Loco. Yea I hear you about being all fancy. It's tough times and I know it looks like it could be fixed but it's a very extreme warp that has also effected the plastic snap clip under it for a length of 6 inches. it looks like the snap ins are all strangely damaged. the look of it looks like something snagged in it and the snag kept on going lifting it awkwardly outwardly instead of up of place and left it warped. very annoying and ugly. the rest of the car is great.

 

Use 3M weatherstrip adhesive. Put some on the trim clip and inside where the clip sits. Wait for it to get tacky. Put a little more on one side and then press down and hold for a few minutes. It cures in 24 hours.
Be careful, it messy and you cannot control the flow.

 

@missionman - did you by any chance take the chrome strip completely off and then check out the underside? It may have some metal content and may have been bent out of shape. Maybe it can be straightened out once it's off. Just an idea...

Or, if it's all plastic, maybe a heat gun?

 

@Lc200 yes that is far better and more likely to stick than glue here in Colorado. I mean I've been all over the West states. namely Texas and Colorado just destroy cars unlike the rust belt states. The snow, the heat, the freeze, the thaw, the heat, hail damage etc... glue ain't got no chance. even duct pooky (gray colored tacky sealer) won't hold after the first winter. I might try that in conjunction with @glwood54 suggestion of using a heat gun to bend it back. I have a really nice digital heat gun. I figured I'll just pop it off, check my tabs and snap ons, do some micro repairs to return it's grip then lightly use a heat gun while forcing it straight over concrete till it returns to shape.
I might as well do it before I spend money on an entire set.
