I was wondering if anyone knows how much PAG oil to add after replacing the condenser on a 2012.

I wouldn't worry about adding any oil to it, most of the oil will be in the compressor anyway

I see from ur name that ur knowledgeable with ac. If you don’t mind me asking, is it normal to see a slight pressure rise after pulling a vacuum. I let it hold vacuum overnight, and it went from like -30 to -29 on my harbor freight pressure gauge. I’m wondering if it’s the car or maybe just a slight leak from the gauge it self. Is this worth worrying over? This was after I replaced the part and everything btw.

If it only went up 1lb overnight, I doubt it has a leak, could just be the gauge set. I'd say you're good to go, I would just recharge it

My bad, last question. So I filled the ac to the proper weight recommended by Toyota. About 21 ounces. But the low side pressure leveled at like 25 psi by the time I was done. Shouldn’t pressures be between 35 and 40 for the low side. The temp outside was about 80 degrees. I’m thinking it’s because the car was at idle but not sure. What do you think?

yes the low side pressure should be 35-40, I would add a little more to it. I know you weighed it in, but there will be an ounce or 2 in the hoses that aren't accounted for,and be sure the fan speed is on Hi

    Yes, but...

Changing compressor oil (and even replacing dryer) is the proper procedure after AC system was depressurized for any but very brief time. You don't want any moisture in your AC lines, as it drastically increases wear on all AC components.

So unless OP lives in a desert or condenser was being replaced due to a slow leak, I would recommend new compressor oil and if budget allows new dryer.

Yah, added about 1 ounce of oil just to be on safe side.
