Thanks everyone. Loving my new 4Runner. Of course I couldn’t leave it alone. It’s a 2024 TRD ORP with KDSS. Added an RCI front bar and winch so of course there is some sagging in front now. Also will be adding off road BF Goodrich tires in the stock size. I need to keep the vehicle ride height similar to stock so I can get into my building. What suspension upgrades are recommended to level the vehicle and maintain the kdss benefits and drivability? Thanks!

As long as you get a suspension kit designed to work with KDSS you shouldn't have any issues. Depending on budget ,future plans (any additional weight), and goals (ride quality, etc.); you can go with anything from a leveling kit, aka a spacer, up front to an adjustable suspension. A leveling kit will raise your vehicle but most say it decreases the vehicles handling (I don't have any personal experience). Bilstein 5100's are pretty popular on this site and would help raise the front up and improve handling with that additional weight up there. I am sure others will chime in but suspension is a pretty subjective topic with lots of opinions.

You need upgraded springs to handle the added weight, and most aftermarket setups add some lift. There's a Dobinson's thread on the forum with a dealer who could select the right combination for your weight and desired minimal lift.

What's your budget? Appropriate responses will be based on that.

Thank you all. Much appreciated. Budget wise I’d rather do this right and not skimp with just spacers or something like that. I’ve heard handling can be compromised. I’d spend up to about $3500 I’d say. Plan on keeping this vehicle for a long long time.

My Old man EMU works perfectly fine with my KDSS. 35,000 miles and no issues whatsoever
    And, get a Viper cut

    hey welcome @Florida4Runner75

I think Crikey Mike is the man for Dobinsons suspensions which are all very nice, and approximately "medium" priced.

I run Bilstein 5100's, with Old Man Emu lift springs, as opposed to shorter factory springs (same spring rate though).

I've heard front winch bumpers are about 130lbs.

Since you have added weight, and aren't solely looking at just a levelling, you absolutely need higher spring rate lift springs. I’ll be crossing this same bridge this summer cuz I have sliders going on next week plus winch bumper next. I may try to raise my Bilsteins ring groove, from 0” up to the first notch 0.85”, instead of swapping out my OME2884 stock weight 3” lift springs (at least temporarily for money reasons).

I recommend a Cornfed spacer for the rears. And then these front springs might make sense for you:
ARB Old Man Emu Coil specifications:

    OME 2884: 10-24 4runner - Stock load: 3"
    Free Height: 390mm
    Bar Diameter: 16.5mm
    Spring Rate: 590Lbs

    OME 2885: 10-24 4runner - Medium load (70-180lbs): 3"
    Free Height: 395mm
    Bar Diameter: 17mm
    Spring Rate: 590Lbs

    OME 2886: 10-24 4runner - Heavy load (110-220lbs or with bumper and winch): 3”

    OME 2887: 10-24 4runner - Heavy load (230lbs+), 3"
