The rear seat AC vent isn’t very strong. Is there a control or something to make it blow harder or are my kids just going to have to deal with a weak vent?

Actually, would closing a vent or two up there help?

Check the cabin air filter but generally they are weak. Do what you can to maximize airflow like recirculating the air or closing off vents not in use.

They definitely don't have their own blower, which is why they have low flow. So closing up all the front vents would give more flow back there. Though It's got a ways to go to get back there.

I assume you have a fresh in cabin air filter?

Yeah, I think it was replaced just two months ago or so.

Have you tested the different combinations for face or face and feet or just feet to see if it affects the airflow from those vents?

No, we usually just keep it on face. I can try the face and feet thing to see if that does anything.

This is another drawback of the 4r which makes it a poor family vehicle.
I had to get this POS in-car duct at one point… you may need the same with the 4R

I can’t imagine how the prisoner in the back row of a 3row 4R would fare on a hot day.

in our Subaru ascent.. 2nd row has its dedicated blower + hvac controls + heated seats. Much more of a passenger oriented car.
