5th gen 4Runners in scenic locations

Ouray CO million dollar highway. Ready to regear after these mountain passes.

 

One last sunset in Southern Utah before heading North tomorrow.

 

Looks awesome. I just moved to the tri-cities and can’t wait to start exploring this place!

 

There are a lot of places within a couple of hours of the tri-cities. Not sure where you were located before, but the Blues, which are east of us, have a lot of trails for exploring, though most are not very technical. Some good trails just north and west of Vantage.

We moved from the west side just south of Seattle. We went out this weekend and found a nice pond to do some fishing. Super excited about this move.

Not a great photo but took a quick drive this evening. Saw 2 good sized black bear and a scrawny coyote. Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest near Leavenworth, WA. About 20 min. from my house so not a grand adventure.

 

Does it count if my 4Runner is in the condo’s parking lot nearby?

 

Nope. You gotta put a tire in a sand trap. The course manager won't mind.

 

Nice. I went with the F2 & bronze caps too..

 

Always nice to come back from a backpacking trip and see that the 4Runner is still there.

 

I don't get the full dose of relief until it starts up.

 

Right there with you ... that's another reason I bought one of those jump starter boxes. I would always forget to grab the one from my wife's car before a trip.

 

Made a road trip back to North Dakota and had a few hours to try and find a fishing spot we used to pull good size Northern Pike from.
Upper Souris National Wildlife Refuge.

 

NJ gets so much shit, but honestly I love living here. The NJ Pine Barrens are beautiful gem. Tight trails and sandy dips and water crossings... my 4R barely fit in a lot of spots. I was careful enough not to get pin stripes!

Shh, don't tell anyone! My cousin was amazed the first time he came to visit. He thought our neighborhood was like living at camp.
