Hello, long time lurker, first time posting. I've searched every which way and I can't find a thread that references an install with the new style Bilstein 6112 with the 9 circlip positions and standard springs with no rear lift. Everything references the old style or the kit with the heavy springs (E4-WM5-Y586A00). I have the 47-310025 / E4-WM5-Y691A00 kit that includes #24-310031 shocks and #E4-FD1-Z005B50 springs (standard).

I would like to get the same slight forward rake as seen in this post: https://www.4runners.com/threads/bilstein-5100s-pics-with-settings.12877/#post-138153

They're saying that the lift should be .85" to get what I'm seeing which is about 1" forward rake but that's not an option on the 6112. It's either .7" or 1.1"

Current height (center of hub to fender, full gas tank):

    FL: 19 3/4"
    FR: 19 7/8"
    RL: 21 3/4"
    RR: 22 1/4"

I'm 90% sure the .7" will give me what I'm looking for but really 1" would be exact so maybe 1.1" and hope it settles down to 1"? I'm putting 5100's in the rear with no rear lift. I don't want it to be perfectly level and definitely no reverse rake.

I saw this member put the heavy duty kit on but even with the lowest setting he has some reverse rake. It won't be an issue since I have the standard kit but it got me second guessing myself: https://www.4runners.com/threads/leveled-out-with-bilstein-6112.31719/

Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated, I have to let the mechanic know which setting when I go to get it installed this week and I'm hoping to not have to take it back to him to re-adjust.

    I have a 2023 ORP without KDSS.

I would go 1.1" if not lifting the rear. On my 4runner I went 6/4 and lifted the rear about 1-1.5 and sits pretty level which I like. I'm running 285's now but 265's looked OK with it too. Good luck more answers coming!DSC_0952.jpg

Missed this when you first posted. I installed the same struts (47-310025) on the same vehicle- '23 ORP without KDSS. Mine were set at 6/4 and ended up with 2" lift. I also added the 5160 rear shocks with B12 "special" springs and got about the same lift so mine has the stock rake (just lifted about 2" overall).

Glad I went with the lowest setting, #3 / #1. Exactly 1" rake. Instructions say it's a .7" lift. It's actually 1.0". May settle over time.

New front measurements, (center of hub to fender, 1/4 gas tank):

    FL: 20 3/4"
    FR: 20 3/4"

Thats exactly what im after. Bought mine preassembled set at 4/2 or 1.1 Its darn near level but with anything in back it squats so im dropping it to 3/1 or 0.8. Looking forward to mounting some 255/75s on there.
