New Morimoto Lights Shining a little funky

    3” body lift, 33” AT tires
    Hey folks, I just installed the Morimoto XB LEDs, and went out driving tonight and there are these weird cut-off lines in my beams. Was I supposed to “sight in” my beams before hitting the road? I have never done a headlight swap before. Thanks in advance for any insight! IMG_2091.jpg

    Oh wow, yeah those are aimed super low, and quite far right.

    It should look more like the picture below, with both headlights even vertically, and the "notch" lining up with the center line as to not blind oncoming traffic.

    There are many guides on how to alight headlights, look up a guide referring to the 25 feet with two inch drop to get you started.

    Based on your pics, I might look at the installation of the bulb(s) before the aiming. Are the bubs fully seated? Are they "clocked" correctly? Both of those will affect output / pattern.

    Morimoto.XB's don't have removable bulbs.
