Bolt on Accessories: Mud guards, Running boards, Black Chrome exhaust tip. Rain guards, all weather TRD mats, and TRD Sport Badging on the rear Hatch (makes a Huge Difference).
Is anyone familiar if the 24 4Runners Harness system comes thru from Factory to hook up some of the options from a Higher trim 4runner such as heated seats etc. TIA

A picture or description of what harness you are trying to figure out would help a bit. I’m interested to see also.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish or add from other trims?

I find it interesting that someone would buy a brand new vehicle, without the options they want, and think that they can add them later. You want a Limited, without having to buy a Limited? I guess anything is possible, but why not just buy it with the options you want in the first place? Impatience? Impulsivity? My guess it it will end up costing the same or more in the end to retrofit.

Why not just ask you local Toyota service advisor. Let him know what you want to do and if it can be done, he will gladly quote you an obnoxious amount to do it.
Then you can get the parts and do it on your own.

The answer to this question is obvious. For many of us, none of the offered trims comes just the way we want it. For example, I would love a trim that has the full-time 4WD, Limited interior comforts, non-Limited bodywork, heritage grill, and 17” wheels. But alas.

Aside from that it can just be cheaper to do it yourself. I once had a Land Rover Discovery. When I bought it, heated seats were a $450 option, so I passed on them. Later I learned that all Landrover seats had the heating elements in them, al wired up, and that $70 worth of switches and bezel would make them functional. So I did that.
