Hi, I want to install the TRD Pro upper grill and “TOYOTA” name plate on my 2024 TRD Off Road Premium. The manufacturer will not sell the parts unless it’s the PRO version.

Is there an after market option currently available?

You should be able to buy from BAM Wholesale without any issues.

Google 4runner Pro Grill or Heritage Grill There's a dozen companies that make them.

I used Yota Expedition to do mine. They sell OEM but I used their aftermarket ones. So far so good. The letters are screwed in not taped.

You definitely can find these. Aftermarket or OEM are pretty readily available. My dealer actually offered me the option of having it installed by them when I bought my used 4Runner. I declined and got it cheaper elsewhere and installed myself.

Lol you can order them from the dealer. Toyota doesn't limit it to the pro models only. They came on more than just the pro anyway

I bought an aftermarket... not happy with it. Finally just pulled the trigger and got a factory one from BAM Wholesale parts

    No issues getting it

If you're set on black I get it, but I was really happy with my color matched one from Thrashed Offroad. Took about a month.

Just curious, why weren’t you happy with it? Wondering what I need to keep an eye out for…

The one I got was from Amazon, the letters were not attached and I had to screw the letters. It looked OK, but there were some subtle differences from factory like..
    - The letters were thicker than factory
    - The black plastic was flat mat and off color...

I wanted to add factory overlays and they didn't fit on the aftermarket front grill.

I am happier with the OEM one.

Thanks for the response. The one I got is a satin black not flat. I think it’s pretty good quality from what I can tell. So far I’m happy with it but good to know.
