Any idea on this squeaky sound on my 2020 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium?

Hard to tell from that, does the intensity increase with speed as it sounded kinda rotational from the few seconds I picked it up.

Welcome to the forum, by the way.

Thanks! no, it does not. easier to hear at lower speeds. At higher speeds I assume the engine noise blocks it.

So do you even hear it in your video, amongst all that extraneous noise? Or is it simply not in the video?

    TBD. White Knuckle Off-road sliders.
I can hear it. Could be a u-joint (would be surprising with a 2020). They tend to give a squeal noise when they go out, and are usually more audible at low speed.

UPDATE: the mechanic located the sound when they put it on the lift. It is something in the rear brake (left side)... they are disassembling it right now to see what is rubbing (with the rotor, etc)... $120 quote.... not sure if that makes sense, but if that means the noise goes away, I'm good :D

I guess, how can they give me a quote if they don't really know what the issue is within the rotor or brake... maybe they know it is something simple but need to upcharge ($120 + $95 diagnostic fee)... still cheap though.
