Hey everyone, looking for some help for a 5th Gen! Just over the past couple weeks, my media display changes when steering wheel turns to the left (over 90') on my 2020 Off-road... Problem is intermittent, some days every turn, some days not at all. The display changes views (i.e., from Main screen to map, or changes radio channels if on Audio, etc.). Anyone else ever experience this? I'm thinking it might be the clockspring in the steering wheel but otherwise I have absolutely no clue! Funny thing is that it only happens when turning left, not right. Thanks!

Welcome. Sounds like an issue with the clock spring or a loose connection in that area.

Yep most likely clockspring. The relationship between the steering wheel button group and clockspring connector doesn't change when you turn the wheel. Therefore a loose wire or connector in the steering wheel cavity under the airbag assy is less likely.
