Only when it is raining out, my 4Lo blinking light, check engine light, traction off light, are all on and the D on the dash does not light up. If it's dry for several days, all the lights go off. Must be a moisture problem, but what? I appreciate any input with this. I don't want to spend a small fortune at the garage. I only have 36,000 miles

    Oooh look, another mod.....
If it only occurs when it rains, that sound like an electric short. Have you hooked up a scanner to it to see if it gives you any codes or errors?

Sounds a lot like the issues people report when they have rodent damage to wiring. Check your engine bay thoroughly for any damage to the wiring harness.

D on the dash not lighting up suggests either the neutral safety switch mounted on the RH side of the transmission or wiring to the switch may have gone bad. Unplug the connector to the switch and check for water and/or pin corrosion.

If you run it through a car wash, do the symptoms appear? Be sure the symptoms are active when you do take it to a shop. "Can't fix it if it ain't broke right now."
