What is your Driver's seat setup?

Over the years..I have tended to get a stiff neck in the back after driving my vehicle for awhile. I find the 4runner seats to be fairly comfortable..was wondering if anyone's seat setup or add-ons would make a difference in the upper back area?

 

Not sure about upper back/neck pain but these definitely made a positive comfort-level difference for me.

Agreed, these are a game changer. They let your body sink farther back in the seat, and give you much more support under your thighs. I went with a cheaper pair:
