    Chiming in to share my experience with this same issue - 2023 ORP.
    • Both front dust caps were not seated all the way - left was out by ~3 mm, right was out by ~1 mm
    • Took a heavy mallet + 2x4 & seated them all the way
    • Initial wheel bolt-down still had a gap between hub & wheel of ~0.5 mm roughly between the 12 o'clock & 5 o'clock positions, the rest was flush
    • Torquing them down to spec seated it flush all the way around with no drama
    • Zero issues since

    I agree that it's too bad you had to go throught this with supposed "professionals". However this is good infformation for future owners! Thanks for detailing the problem and solution.
