I need new rear brakes on my 2011 Limited. 2 OEM options pop up 1) 04466-60140 2)04466-AZ203. There is about a $15 difference between them. Any reason not to go with the more expensive option?

^04466-AZ203 shows as ceramic, less dust and less noise.

Personally I go aftermarket with Bosch or Advics, as they come with new shims and hardware, whereas Toyota makes you buy them separately. Running Bosch BC606 ceramic pads myself.

How long have you run the Bosch? Any noise with them?

I run Advics AD0976 ceramic in front, and Bosch BC606 in the rear. Both are dead quiet and dust free.

On humid mornings, there's squealing on the first couple of brake applications, that goes away as the flash rust on the rotors is rubbed off.

I've used Bosch majority of the time whenever I replace brakes and no issues with them.

Use Napa on time in my life and those things were crap after 5k miles.

Thanks. I have the initial squeak when backing up. Had it on my Tundra too. I may look at those Bosch. I like having new hardware included.

04466-60140 is what you need. The AZ ones are cheaper/budget category.

Neither come with shims or rattle clips from the pictures. All separate.

Best bet, go OE and pass on the inferior lifetime of the AZ pads:thumbsup:

Looking for a rear brake kit for myself.
Is Conicelli Toyota a dealer that has the pads and rotors for both rear wheels for $176?

Thanks. Do you know why there are two shim kits for the rear? Rear Shim Kit: 0494660141 / 0494660140. Is one left and one right side?
