    Hi Folks,

I am about to order a new 2024 TRD ORP 4 Runner. The only options I am getting are the 17" Black Wheel package and TRD Skid Plate. I am trying to figure the total vehicle height with the standard Toyota roof rails. The website says 71.5 " without the rails. Does anyone know how much the basic roof rails add to this? I anticipate a tight fit in my garage. I don't intend to lift the truck or do any thing that would elevate it beyond factory specs.

    Thanks

Can your garage provide 6'? If yes, then you will be perfectly fine.
I am lifted and run 34s. 6' is all I need.

I have a 77 inch clearance with garage door open. I was told that the TRD Pro would not work with the basket, but it looks like the TRD ORP will, if the standard roof rails are 2-3 inches at best.

77 is more than enough. You are good to go.

You didn't mention a basket in your first post. What basket is that?

Also keep an eye on your tailgate when opening it if parked in the garage. In my case I have to pull up far enough because the bottom of the door is just a touch low. I have about 1 1/2 inch clearance from the tailgate and I bottom of the door parked.

Just hate to see someone scratch it up especially new

Current web page is a misprint. 71.5" is with roof rails, as per 2022 and earlier product info: https://toyota-cms-media.s3.amazona...6/2022_Toyota_4Runner_Product_Information.pdf

Though it doesn't matter, because the fixed sharkfin antenna is about as tall as the roof rails.
