Hey all, I have a '20 TRDOR non-KDSS I just sat on 265/70/17 KO2s. I'm going with the 6112/5100 combo and the 6112s come assembled, so I want to try and make sure I get the right height setting the from shock surplus.

I am just looking to level out the rake, not raise the rear at all. Stock rear springs, stock UCA. Anyone running a similar set up and would the correct clip setting be #3/#5 (1.5")? Also any need for wheel spacers to flush the wheels and fenders?

    Thanks!

Do 6112s raise height in back? If so I'd imagine you'd need more than 0.85". My 5110 (all 4) sit at 0.85" and to me that is very good. Any higher and I'd have to go with spacers in the back to avoid bro lift.

I installed 6112 at lowest clip for kdss and got 1”.

That resulted in a nice, level look. Problem was that when I loaded up with gear and bikes on a hitch rack, I was wallowing and my headlights pointed at the clouds. So I added a b12 spring for 1” in back. Pretty good, better ride, but too much rake again. So I’m going to raise two clips in front to get 1.7” in back. Hopefully that gets me where I want to be.

I’m also going to upgrade to 5160. Off-road the 5100s struggle to keep up with the 6112s.

I've got the 5100s in the front on the .85 second notch up along with the jba high caster arms. It leveled out the front perfectly may have to adjust your headlights down a little bit. Definitely rides and tracks much better

Where are you guys getting these lift heights that aren't even possibilities?

See attached pdf for actual lift heights. I personally went with #6/#4 for a 1.9" lift that basically leveled out the truck. It was closer to 3 inches when we first pulled it out of the shop but has settled a bit since then. Still debating on what to do with the rear at the moment while I wait for the front to completely settle.

Read the post directly above mine, 2.5 inches isn't on that chart at all let alone for #6/#4 locations.

The numbers are not exact. As you posted, you had your clips set at 6/4 and was 3" at first, then settled a bit. The chart says it should be 1.9".

I installed the 6112/ 5160 combo and, with the clips at 6 and 4, I'm a little over 2". It was about 2.5" when I first installed them.

The numbers on the chart are pretty darn close if you have the correct spring rates for the weight of your rig. Mine has already settled to almost where yours are.

I’m sitting on 6112 (4/2) and 5160 in the rear with stock springs. Front 6112 at 4/2 gave me 1.2”. Front is now 3/4’’ lower than rear. IMG_0420.jpg

im getting 5160's installed this week and am really looking forward to it. 5100s were fine i guess...i dont really have much to compare them to, but the one is leaking and i just went over 100k. i have a 2012 so im not sure if they were stock or the first owner put them on, so im not sure of how old they are as a reference to the one failing.
