Has anyone tried using LED’s. I changed just the front turn signals with LED’s. I noticed they are not bright and they blink quickly like it does when you have a burned out bulb. Does this mean I have to change all the turn signals with LED’s? Thanks!!!

You need LEDs with built-in in resistors. Something like this one -

Make sure you buy the correct bulb for correct year/make/model & location front / rear. No I'm not a seller. Just an average customer.
Also I don't have LED turn signals. It's not my comfort zone. I play with led headlights, reverse lights, interior lights but not turn signals.

Had the same issue when I swapped to LED turn signals on my '23 Limited. Replaced them with ones that had built-in resistors, and the fast-blinking went away, they work like normal now.

    Oooh look, another mod.....

I have this exact(Ithink?) turn signal LED bulb for my 2023 4Runner. I have no hyper flashing and the install was rather easy. All the other LED's that I tried, hyper flashed and when I called their customer support, they told me to install a resistor (which cost extra money).

This is how bright mine are (they are also switch backs):
