Bam Wholesale

Has anyone had a problem with putting their order through this website? I tried to order some drain plug washers and the crossbars for my wife's 4runner and it would not go through. The message said to contact them. So I wondering what happened.

 

No issues ordering from them yet. Try giving them a call.

I'm curious - did you try any other of the Toyota parts sites to order the same parts?

 

Just ordered yesterday for parts for my Sienna. Worked fine.

 

Ordered a few parts from them over the years and always had create service. Typically fast shipping too!

 

I ordered parts from them many times. Never had any issues.

 

I tried pricing it with the other online dealers and It's not worth it. With shipping it comes out to 107 dollars which is the cheapest of all of them. Most of the others range from 147 to 161 dollars. For that price I might as well get it from the dealer for 170 installed. Also I got an email from BAM wondering what happened as well. My wife used her AMEX card. Do you think that may have caused the problem. Nick what cc did you use, maybe I will have her use it instead if the amex is no good for this.

I was just curious whether the part numbers worked with other dealers, not the pricing per se. Some oem Toyota parts sites offer free shipping if the order total exceeds $75.00.

 

Glywood. She was able to put the order through. This time she used a mc. I guess they don't take amex. I tried one of those sites and that part was more expensive. That bam website is kind of buggy. When I type in the search cross bars it gave me a different number with a price of 5 dollars the difference in the part no. is that the 5 dollar one had 2 A's at the end. This is the number I used from the google search

I really don't want to get the gaskets from Amazon as they have no control over what gets shipped if it's a oem or a counterfeit. I won't risk it for a few cents on something important. glad you got it ordered. if you have any questions about their site they are very responsive with email and probably a better source than us for why a cc goes through or not. glad it worked out well for you.
