Whatever size you can securely fit. I had a Yakima Megawarrior with extension on and it was a monster on the 4R

I have the rhino rack Xtray (large) and fits exactly over the factory rails and mounts to the cross bars. IMO it looks like it was made for the 4Runner

Rhino IMO is better looking than Rola.

I almost pulled the trigger on the Rola based on price. After seeing some reviews about rust I went with the rhino. Plus the rhino has bracket screws that need to be applied with an Allen wrench as opposed to the quick screw type. I liked that better to dissuade those who like my rack so much they want to keep it :)

I like that ladder. Is that Gobi? I may have to add that to the to-do list.

Yes it’s a gobi ladder. I might replace my basket but so far the rola is doing well but might put it in my RX and will get the Rhino.

Well how bout that. Chinese got us again....and so did rhino for charging $150 for the name. It’ll hold me over until I go for the full rack. Needed something to carry soccer spectator gear for now.

Hey p226navy. What wheel and tire set up do you have?

Here’s an option the “Thule 859XT Canyon Cargo Basket & Bag”… Picked up the basket on Craigslist for $150 new still in box and bag for about $38 … it works well for now and until I make my mind up on a more permanent replacement.

I only have the Procomp wheel for now and KM2 255/75/17. Will be leveling it soon with Fox 2.0 coilovers IFP.

How’d you do the TRD lettering on the skid? I tried painting mine but it came out bad. I’ve seen vinyl but not sure how well it would stick...

I used the vinyl. I wet it and did a heat gun until it sticks and dry but be careful. I did this before I install the skid plate to the rig.

Awesome, thanks! My skid is coming off this weekend anyways so I’ll clean it up with some alcohol and try laying down some black with the heat gun.

    None yet!
So no issues with the extension and the sunroof? I was just checking them out on Rackoutfitters.com. I don't have crossbars so I need to get those as well.
