They couldn't give me an estimate with what info I gave them, so they're going to look it over and get back to me... I'm hoping it's not stupid expensive

 

I'm hoping for this: "Our apologies, but we are unable to properly repair your P900 camera. Please accept this P1000 as a suitable replacement."

 

Lolol, that would be a great day... but In today's world, it's all about money, we all know they're not about to cough up $1k like it's nothing unfortunately

 

Option B is that they replace a slightly damaged part, test it out, and return it to you at no charge.

Still rooting for Option A.

 

Either option would be great, but I'm pretty sure I'm paying regardless

Huh? I don't recall that episode, I just remember John Lithgow's character seeing some devilish entity on the wing, in a storm?

 

Shatner was in the original TV episode, I think 1961. Lithgow was in the movie in 1983. I believe the dates are correct. Same story.

The old Twilight Zone episodes are great. Pretty imaginative writing on many of them. Mostly B&W.

 

I love the old twilight zones, out of curiosity, how old are you guys, I'm 38, most ppl I know younger than me, arnt into the older.. and better TV shows, now a days, it's nothing but fake drama/ crap

 

Absolutely agree. Long before color and dolby stereo movies and tv shows had to rely upon actual 'content' without the fluff.

Just turned 76 last month.
We are flying to Istanbul tonight and then to Cairo for a 14 day trip of Egypt. Cruising the Nile on this boat that only has 8 rooms on it and our group has 3 of the rooms.

 

Tried to delete the extra pics, but, wouldn’t let me.
