I am having the Fortaleza Blanco once again.

 

I'm considering ordering a bottle of Fortaleza. How's the Blanco?

 

I think it is very good, i will be going down the hill to replenish my supplies Tuesday.

 

I'm thinking about ordering some stuff online, considering the limited selection in the Midwest. Checking out OldtownTequila, but nervous to order expensive bottles without ever trying them. This could get expensive.

I'm jealous of the Indian food! My ex worked so hard to get me to try it, and it instantly became one of my favorite things! It's not as readily available in the neighborhood I'm in now.

 

I know what you mean, i have that feeling every time I go to get some. The three bottle deals are kinda nice. Everyone has different taste so until you try a few it’s hard to decide, i think i will try this threesome this time, but i am starting to really like the blanco, and it is usually cheaper.
Oh yeah, even if i don’t like it to much i always drink it anyway. But i also usually have at least three bottles of different brands so i can alternate.

 

Picked up a bottle of this thanks to @Agent_Outside's suggestion.

I'm not the kind that likes to sip on tequila, but I look forward to trying it in some margs.

Well, being an old goat my ssi does not allow me to be real extravagant so i try not to go overboard on my shopping. I picked up 3 Reposado’s that i have never tried. The Fortaleza, Arette, and El Tequileno, the Fortaleza i have been lusting for, but the only way I could buy it was as a package deal with the other two brands. So needless to say, I went with it. I am having the Fortaleza tonight and it is great, all in the 3 bottles came to $247.00 with tax included. More than I wanted to spend, but i am happy so far, cheers.

 

Nice! Is that through Old Town Tequila? I've been checking out some of those package deals. I'll be curious to see how you like the others

I haven't bought anything since the Mezcal a week and a half ago. I want to try an Añejo Mezcal next.

 

Yes through Old Town Tequila, i went down there today, i tried to get a Veteran discount but no go, also no senior discount lol. They have so much it’s really hard to decide. The ones i picked are all no additives, but i gotta say, the Fortaleza is one nice drink.

 

Keeping it simple tonight.. bourbon, coke and a squeeze of lime.

Tonight i am having a bit of the Arette Reposado, and i am really enjoying the the slightly mild but slow steady warmth of this agave. Very nice, and would put it on my favorites list.

This stuff is interesting. I'm definitely bringing a bottle to share at the next TW camping outing. We have a lot of Bourbon and Scoch drinkers, but I think some of them will enjoy it.

If anyone has a favorite Mezcal, or any recommendations, I'd appreciate it. I'm just buying stuff that looks interesting, and has decent reviews. So far, I'm pretty pleased.
