2011 SR5 - Recently received these lights from my dash:

    Both 4Lo indicators flashing
    Slip indicator solid
    Parking brake solid
    ABS solid

Not the key (tried all three), still illuminating around ignition, reset battery by unplugging battery 3 times, got new gas cap from Toyota, confirmed rear wiper & window are ok.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Possibly could be the transfer case actuator bad or stuck or not in the correct position. I think maybe take your truck to a shop that can read fault codes.

Hopefully, others will chime in with knowledge. There are some extremely knowledgeable people on this forum.

    Welcome to the forum.

I think it's time to invest in OBD-II scanner. Even cheap one like under $50 will allow you to reset codes and see if issues happens again. And if it does - when you have error codes it easier to get some meaningful advise on forums or search for those codes on the Internet. Then you'll have general understanding what might be wrong and if you can try to fix it yourself or you'll have to take truck to a mechanic.

    UPDATE

Kept getting P0430 Right bank. After 186K mi, I wanted to replace the exhaust so:

replaced with magnaflow upper and MBRP cat back exhaust, and all O2 sensors

    Now I get:
    No check engine light
    Brake and ABS solid
    Slip and FWD indicators flashing
(These lights only come on periodically)

Ran on OBDII, get P0156 Sensor Circuit bank 2, sensor 2
P0157 02 sensor circuit, low voltage, bank 2, sensor 2

I like learning how to track down and remedy but this is getting frustrating. Any help would be appreciated

I remember starting my car one morning with many lights lit up as well. It sat for a couple weeks as I used another vehicle. It ended being chewed wires by a mouse. Found a nest in there as well. Maybe check for chewed wires? Has your vehicle been sitting for a while?
