Well that's because the Broncos sucks. I know the tinkerer could answer this question and also shame me for not understanding physics of IFS / tire size / travel.

Cheese-grater works too. Fender benders are one thing, but I’d also worry about bumping it with anything in the garage and shattering the dang thing.

Yep, it has no selling point, those who buy them are Ford fanboys who are obsessed with big and intimidating looks. Looks don't matter, the real king is the 2 door puppy eyed cute cuddly Jeep on 37s.

Dealers are discounting them $20K!!! Personally, I think all jeeps are cheap (vs "inexpensive").

There will be a huge number of buyers of cheap lil off-roaders, these companies just don't get it. Give me a v6, two solid axles and a steering wheel for $18,000, I'll build the rest myself gradually.

    Cheese Grater, YES! VIRTUALLY IDENTICAL.
The folks at Lexus are genius, putting kids through college off of dealership grille replacements.

My thoughts are close to yours but, I'd opt for the inline 6 for the low RPM torque.
Or better yet, SBC and call it done. Years ago before I got my TJ, I was contemplating a SBC in my old FJ-40. I had enough $$ saved up to do Saginaw P/S box and 4 wheel disc brake conversion if I had kept the I-6 in it.

Not many inline 6 motors these days, so that would be asking them too much. But I get what you're saying.

Toyota and Jeep have made boatload of money on their v6s. They definitely can afford to put them in a box and sell it for 20 grand, and still turn a profit

Are you still bragging about your "34s?" Lol. Go grab a tape measure and tell us what you really have.
Stop it already! Go measure those frigging things.

It varies between tires, I use a tape measure when they're mounted.
    Sorry, carry on. :)

I purchased my 4Runner because my son is a Certified Toyota Master Tech and he said it will be the last vehicle I’ll ever own, unless I crash it.

That is pretty true about the Wrangler too, get one and don't modify it, and it will run forever

The Car Care Nut just released a video warning not to mod with aftermarket parts if you want a Toyota to last forever.

But yes fully agree, I won't mod mine. Only "mods" I'll do are my TRD Pro wheels I got so wanna slap new shoes on those and rock sliders.

lol yeah, tbh I'm honestly surprised that happened. There are so many aftermarket lights for my GTI and so many owners change them to aftermarket and never have I heard of electrical issues of that magnitude. Didn't expect it to happen to a Taco.

    You're not lying, that's true.
But I mean if you added kdss correction parts your swaybar angle would have been corrected, prolly wouldn't have had the failure you did. At least that's what I've been reading, I din know that, or about longer links, or about things like panhard correction :anonymous:

I wasn't aware of that sadly, and the shop didn't tell me. All I knew was the lift kit was the KDSS compatible version

Dude same here! Not a peep from my shop. They could have sold me more I had the dough.
Shortly after, marriage plus a couple Irish twins took my budget, now can't afford kdss correction yet.
    But that's life.
Luckily along came this website, for me.

I have an appointment with my dealer on monday, if they don't fix it, I will go after the 4x4 shop. They should have warned me about the risks, they told me everything will be perfectly fine
