Those are very cool looking, would JB weld work on it?

So, I only suggested the tack welding part if you're needing to pick it up to move it now and then and don't want to reassemble it each time.

Not sure about JB Weld I mean...it could work if it cures properly!

Do you cut the pieces out of the sheet with a CNC Plasma cutter?

Awesome work, by the way. I have grandchildren in Merced and Armona that would love to see those!

I have one grandson that is crazy for this sort of thing right now. But I better ask his mom first so I don't end up in the doghouse.

The one picture has three - large medium and small, it looks like. Do you sell the small one also?

The smallest one was a test run; I'm a welder/fabricator so welding thin steel with large gaps was no issue for me.

However, I wouldn't in good faith sell a set to anyone because I feel like it'd be too difficult to do for a hobbyist even.

I do plan to scale it up slightly and offer one smaller than medium in 12 gauge but only after I find extra time and scrap to try out with.

These are the coolest things I've seen in a while. I'm going to see if the wifey will go for one (or two) in our back yard. I do have a small welder to tack weld if necessary.

We have quite a few rusty metal art objects in the yard. I imagine this could be left out in the weather to get rusty with no issues of it affecting the structural integrity?

    Absolutely!

My stuff is mild steel, and even the welded variety are left raw in case one wishes to achieve the patina look

If you got two, it'll cut shipping costs but even the medium dino ships between $15-26 alone so not much

What is the base square footprint on the medium dyno?

    I would guess about 21" x 13"

That's basing it off the first picture (holes are 2" apart center to center)

Don't have any on-hand as they've all sold; they're made to order

Thank you! This guesstimate helps. Now I need to go take some measurements and see if it will fit. Then, find a new welder to purchase while waiting for the stuff to be delivered. 1st world dilemmas. Any recommendations on a lower-cost welder and welding table for a hobbyist? The welding will mostly be steel, stainless steel, and on rare occasions, aluminum.

    PrimeWeld MIG180

220 and 110v capable, can run solid wire (gas), flux, or dual shield

Comes with spoolgun for aluminum in the future

    Can do stick

    Unbeatable customer service

3 year no questions asked warranty (transferable)

Underrated as I've pushed it passed its duty cycle easily and it would keep going

And it's cheaper than HF's variant without all the pluses I mentioned above

(use Welcome25 for a discount, free shipping)

*I am not in any way affiliated with PrimeWeld, I just use many of their products and I've welded professionally with expensive equipment*

How do you take payment for these, when I'm ready to order? I don't really use any of the cash apps.

    Venmo or Paypal

    Just shoot me a message!

Either a deposit of $100 (to buy and cut the steel) and remainder when ready to ship, or pay in full.

I typically cut the items out same day I buy steel but add the 3-5 day turn around in the event I don't make it to my supplier in time; I'm a full-time stay at home dad (disabled veteran) with a baby so that's the only real factor to juggle

The wife apparently doesn't share my opinion of what would look really cool in our yard...since we live in the southwest, and our yard is based on that, she would want something like a roadrunner or a coyote.

She does like the sheet of metal shown in the background that you cut the pieces out of, though! To her that looks like abstract art.

I hope you sell a lot of these!
