So I have 1999. It's got 273000 miles on it. I was driving home then hit a steel plate bump and now I'm having pulsing idle at stand still and "bucking bronco" every now and then while at speed.

I've bought brand new OEM parts.
    PCV
    MAF
I also cleaned throttle body off vehicle and the IAC.
    Air filter is clean.

Purrs like kitten then after warmed up and drive for 1 minute the cycle starts.

I would replace the throttle position sensor (TPS), but be sure it's a OEM TPS and not one from advance auto, autozone,ect..

Have you checked your OBD for potential codes?

I'm on a tight budget. Any ideas on part? This is my only ride to work and without it I won't make money lol

The TPS usually won't throw a code, it is the 3.4L v6?

Okay I'll have to check if my local dealer has them and find a way to pick one up.

They can work for a bit. But they can cause you to chase multiple issues because there is near zero quality control on cheap Chinese parts. Even from autozone.

What @negusm said.. Toyota's are really finicky when it comes the electronics, OEM is the best results in my opinion.
