So today was a good day

    it started out
    IMG_20140528_125101_440.jpg

    Then went to

    IMG_20140528_130213_453.jpg

and ended with (thanks for the recommendation @LTDSC )

    IMG_20140528_130039_093.jpg

The good news: These speakers are excellent, sound so much better than stock at every range

The bad news: The stock head unit does not have adequate capability to power these, time for double din nav

They are 2 ohm so should be but it could still not be allowing them to play to their potential. Glad you like them.

i can already tell that I'm going higher on the knob for the same amount of volume i previously had, they could benefit for sure from an upgraded power source, but are completely acceptable as is

Kick your ass, not sure I could :p
Do your lights, I definitely can. I'm leaving a week from today for goodsies. We can try and knock them out a day next week.

No, you make the oem holes bigger by trimming away the crap inside them and the switches can be press fit
