Anyone order from BAM Wholesale Parts before? Would you recommend?

Hello all!

So I am dying to get the TRD Pro OEM wheels for my 23 ORP. Most dealers I've called are selling these wheels for close to $300 a pop... but BAM is selling OEMs for $216 a piece. After some research I saw that BAM stands for Brunswick Auto Mart from Ohio that happens to be a large car dealership for multiple brands including Toyota.

I emailed them to verify that these are in fact the OEMs that come with the Pro and they said yes and also gave a shipping quote which was pretty good.

The listed specs are the OEM specs that come with the Pro correct?

Anyways, anyone have experience with them?

 

I have ordered stuff from them. Also back in 20 Pro wheels and never a problem. The prices are good. When I got my Pro wheels a few years ago they were perfect. Hope this helps.

I got an oem trd spare and pieced a trd cai and wiper inserts. Ships fast. Check for coupon codes they have them time from time

 

Yes! I did see a 10% off for Black Friday but can't seem to find it, I wanna order soon so I can use that discount.

 

Just a little insight what I did. I sold my 20 AG Pro wheels back when I had it and added SCS wheels but then decided to trade it in and bought the pro wheels from Bam’s to put back on because I did not want to leave my SCS wheels on.

 

Just for comparison for others who will read this thread, here are the ones I was just thinking of buying, which are also popular on this forum and the same design as above I believe (Im pretty sure the Vendor is also a Member here). However, I will go for OEM parts all day over aftermarket - and that is a really good price. I wonder how much s&h would be?

But, based on the pix looks like it's the raised center cap on the BAM pic I posted.

I wanna get OEMs too tho because I think the aftermarkets are wide and I'm sticking with 265/70/17 tires, not gonna go 275 or 285 since I don't wanna lift.

Just so you know, those wheels are the previous version. They've changed on the newest 4R. If you like them, however, there you go.

 

Yup exactly why I want these. I prefer the old ones. I feel like the raised center cap is nicer.

 

Do you know if your TPMS will transfer to the new wheels?

 

Wait that's a factor? I thought TPMS sensors were simply attached to the air valve and could easily be transferred to a new wheel.

 

I know a bunch of other people have chimed in that BAM is legit, and I am adding to it -- my brother ordered TRD wheels from them last month and they are definitely OEM.

It is. Depends on the shape of the new vs. the old wheel. I feel like they're generally interchangeable, but I'd verify that these are if I were you.

 

The monitors will fit either wheel.

 

So just recapping... These "last revision" rims will fit a 23 TRD ORP? And the TPMS valve stems will too? Im going to pull the trigger I think

 

Are the TRD Pro wheels any lighter than the OEM ORP wheels?

 

I wonder. Theoretically they should be because if the spokes are more "open" (idk how to better describe it) and also they're 7" wide. The OEM ORP wheels have the very solid spokes and they're 7.5" wide.

 

The replicas on the factorystylewheels site says they are 24lbs each. For reference/comparison.
