I want to lift my SR5 at least 3 to 4 inches. Any recommendations on great lift kits?

Boils down to how much offroading you are going to be doing...

We offer a ton of different options to fit your needs perfectly.

Feel free to shoot me a pm and we can chat more about the different options.

    Thanks!

What do you want to do with it, what’s your budget and what kind of ride are you looking for.

There’s Old Man Emu, Fox, King, Icon, Bilstein 5100’s, Toytec, etc.

Personally for budget and what I use it for I went with an Old Man Emu suspension.

Why did you choose the OME over others? I am most likely going to get that kit or the Dobinsons kit. Either one with SPC UCA's. I am shooting for something that is low maintenance, and as reliable as possible. Those seem like the best options to me if you are not doing high speed desert runs etc.

Cost, use and reliability. I had Ann OME setup on my previous 2010 4R Trail and it gave me 60k+ trouble free miles use before I traded it in for my mid life crisis go kart. I’m not running high speed out in the desert and most my wheeling is slow and methodical and I don’t get too crazy...but there are exceptions.

I went to Desert Rat this weekend and got a quote of 3,000 with labor. thinking of buying the 3" ToyTec Boss suspension system. and just waiting to do the labor.. trying to do lift, wheels and tires all together.

Holy crap! I haven’t heard the name Desert Rat in many years! Born and raised in Tucson and left when I joined the CG!

At $4k, you can get King coilovers and rear shocks, Toytec/icon rear spring, LR/SPC UCA's, and a Cab Mount Chop from me and have plenty of money left over for wheels n tires. Bring your ride to Austin,TX and I'll get ya done cheaper.

king 3" lift kit, fuel vectors, 285 toyo mt's, oem audio 500q, morimoto hid headlights, morimoto led fogs,
Had toyec coilovers and lift on my 2011 taco. Was a decent lift. Had fox shocks on my 2013 rubicon did good. Had icon stage 3 coilovers and lift on my 2016 tacoma. Not good blew fronts in less than 6 months. covered under warranty but confidence destroyed. replaced them on the taco with fox dsc front coilovers better but not as good as i thought for the 2k. got the 2018 OR 4runner just put the king 3" lift on, best ive had. Rides better than stock but not too stiff. So with all the various lifts ive had I have to say King is the best by far. My opinion of course. Expensive but worth every penny.20180331_152549.jpg 20180331_162748.jpg

King is great. Between King, OME BP51, and ADS, I'd recommend any of those three and you won't be disappointed.

What BdS set up do you suggest?
I am very much leaning toward Dobinson set ups. But then I have no idea how any of these fair in New England winters with salt and constant water.
