Sherpa Crestone, no silicone required. Does not have any brackets for Cali Raised LED slim light bars. 300lb dynamic/700lb static load. Could fit rooftop tent and other items.

Sherpa Crestone Sport, no silicone required. Does not have any brackets for Cali Raised LED slim light bars. 150lb dynamic/400lb static load. Pushing it if you put a rooftop tent and other items.

Prinsu no drill, silicon required. Has brackets for Cali Raised LED slim light bars. 300lb dynamic/600lb static. Could fit rooftop tent and other items.

Westcott designs looks too bulky and is expensive so I've ruled that one out completely.

If the Crestone had brackets for the Cali Raised LED slim light bar, it would pretty much be game over. If Prinsu had a gasket system there would be no chance for consideration for the others. Waited a while to see if they ever would and it doesn't seem like they're interested. Looking for a reliable system that can mount a Cali Raised LED slim light bar, not trying to spend a crazy amount for a light bar.

Considering diode dynamics/sherpa option because there is a mounting bracket for those.

I've been on the fence with this for so long and need opinions.

I have the Sherpa Crestone, I got it because no silicon, no drilling.

I've heard good things about this rack. Mostly that it doesn't touch any painted surfaces towards the front by windshield and it's low wind noise.

Green Lane Offroad is worth a look. Their mounting blocks stay attached to the truck so you can remove the rack easily without breaking the seal.
