Rear window decal

Does anyone have experience with custom applied decals on the back window ?

will the decal catch on the soft rubber on the back door when the window is opened?

I just cut and applied this today for my company logo, and forgot about the window being able to be opened.

im not worried about the wiper I’ll never use it

 

I have had no issues with a decal and the rear window but yea, I would not use your rear wiper.

 

No issue with my Stealie decal. It’s small but raised more than a sticker and has never caught when the window goes down.

 

It’s permanent vinyl. I cut it in my studio.

it just has sharp edges on the bottom. I’m going to give it a few days to set and then drop the window and see what happens

 

I had a large Pyranha Kayak Sticker on the back of my 3rd gen for years. It never had issues with going up or down or the wiper.

You will need to use the wiper at some point the way the air flows under the gen5 the window is constantly dirty in any type of light rain

 

I drove a van without a rear window for years. Don’t need it
