USB failure related to drained battery?

Couple days ago I left my key on and woke to a dead battery. Put it on a 4hr trickle charge and she started just fine and has since then. Two problems came from this though, one I've fixed (the auto-roll on the windows) but the USB failure I'm not sure how or why. Any ideas?

 

Everything got a fuse. Check that first.

 

Tried to check for that but no fuses are labeled USB or AUX or anything that would suggest it's a charging port. Any other way to tell which fuse?

 

Sorry I don't have my 4Runner anymore to look. I'm not 100% sure which on it is off hand.

Check um all just in case. Test light would be the fastest so you can just touch the pin on the outside.

 

Does the 12 v power outlet near the USB work?

 

Yes it does actually. I thought that was weird that one worked and the other didn't while theyre side by side.
